You may select Curbside or Store Pickup, Residential Delivery, or Standard Shipping (delivers in 6-8 business days), priced based on the weight of your order. If your order contains preorders, the entire order will be held and shipped when the preorder comes available. If you would prefer preorders to ship individually, please separate your order into in-stock items and preorders accordingly. Thank you!
You may return most new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Fantastic Games within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping and credit card or PayPal processing fees. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or damaged item, etc.).
Refunds are requested after we receive and process your return. You should expect to receive your refund a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines). We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
If your order has not shipped and you are requesting a refund, we will process a full refund minus credit card or PayPal processing fees.
Circumventing “1 per customer” or “local only” listings with multiple orders will be auto-cancelled and fees not refunded.
